Nobody ever answers the phone. They don't return your phone calls. Seems like it's a act of Congress to get a appointment with them.
I've been using Flomaton Medical Center for 3 years now. Everyone that I've dealt with there has been nothing but polite, helpful and caring.
Don't be 6 minutes late for your appointment!! Didn't matter that I live 30 miles away. The very "pleasant" lady at the front desk stated " you missed your appointment". this practice is NOT patient friendly!!! Not to mention the time it takes them to get you in and out!!! I work in healthcare and I know that not how you treat a sick patient!!!!! **I feel as if the employees are forced to be there**** TERRIABLE PLACE TO GO IF YOURE IN NEED OF HELP!!!!!!
Dr. Fountain is the only good doctor there and she’s never there. Everyone else there doesn’t know their ass from their elbow. They screwed up my perscriptions and then acted like it was my fault and wouldn’t fix it so that I would have to come in again and pay another consultation fee to fix it. I always have to wait forty minutes or more even when I’m early to my appointments and then an extra thirty+ minutes in the actual office. People there have attitude issues and no one actually cares about you so I highly reccomend going somewhere else.
Don't go. You'll never get an appointment anyway. They don't care about people, even patients they've been seeing, being PAID BY for over 10 years. Just money.
